BBC's American drama series "Orphan Black" may not start off with action scenes and it is set to introduce a spy and a new character, according to recent spoilers.

According to International Business Times, the first teaser trailer for "Orphan Black" season 4 just showed an eye, which suggests absence of action scenes in the series. It is speculated that the eye in the trailer belongs to a spy, since its iris reveals camera features, which implies that the women in the series have to worry about being stalked.

The eye in the teaser trailer is presumably Rachel's, according to Inquisitr. According to the report, it is supported by the upgrade for the clone who had lost her eye, which was seen at the conclusion of "Orphan Black" season 3.

"Orphan Black" season 4 is also set to see a new clone, according to Entertainment Weekly. As per the publication, the clone's name is M.K. And will be played by Tatiana Maslany. It is reported that the character knows important information, but she is cloaked in the dark and has to show herself and reveal explosive secrets.

In their interview with Entertainment Weekly, "Orphan Black" co-creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson confirmed that the mysterious character's name is M.K., a mysterious name that fits the character. According to Fawcett, they were excited about the new character, as it really had been fun unpacking and unveiling the story of the "slightly traumatized clone" who had a deep past.

With such revelations from the show co-creators, it is assumed that the new character is set to place a major impact to the lives of the existing characters.

BBC's "Orphan Black" season 4 is set to premiere in April 2016.
