With only three months remaining before the premiere of 'Orphan Black' Season 3, fans are already waiting in anticipation to see the new and ensuing danger in Sarah's life.

According to Christian Today, recently show executive producer John Fawcett teased that viewers may see Rudy (better known as Scarface) in 'Orphan Black' Season 3, which is scheduled to premiere on April 18 on BBC America. Fawcett said, "Rudy is a threat to the sisters ... Rudy is a dangerous character who is very, very smart and very ruthless and the guy's seen come action. He's a trained fighter."

Meanwhile, in the finale of the second season of this science fiction thriller, viewers saw Marion (Michelle Forbes) revealing that they would be creating a new set of militarized male clones. In other words, Sarah (Tatiana Maslany) as well as her own set of clones would be confronting another threat from Rudy (Ari Millen).

The show creators have described Scarface as among the clones under Project Castor, who is the male equivalent of Sarah's Project Leda. In fact, Project Castor is very different from Mark, one of his clones who married Gracie (Zoé De Grand Maison) in 'Orphan Black' Season 2. According to Millen, the character Mark is "probably a little unhinged, a little crazy ... he likes to get under people's skin and will just dig and just pick at you until you blow up and then he's won."

A teaser trailer screened during the BBC America's Television Critics Association event showed Sarah confronting Scarface in a prison cell. What appears from the video clip is that the male clone is trying to to get into her nerves by intimidating her loved ones, especially Kira. Scarface or Rudy also wants to convey Sarah that she has been working with the wrong people.

Meanwhile, James Frain, who also stars in 'Grimm', will be joining the cast of 'Orphan Black' Season 3. Frain will be portraying the character of Ferdinand, another ruthless personality who also is a great threat to Sarah as well as her sisters.
