Saitama is set to take on his most challenging villain when "One Punch Man" season 2 returns this October. Also, manga creator Yusuke Murata is now in the initial phase of production.

According to Christian Today, Saitama is set to meet Garou, the most fatal opponent the lead character is set to battle at this point. As per the publication, the latter possesses superhuman physical abilities, in addition to his capability to apply strategies in battle. In addition, it is said that Garou is set to be the first fighter to evade and block Saitama's furious fists, which viewers have not seen before.

As a strong and resilient fighter, Garou is expected to drag Saitama onto the ground and make the latter realize that he still has things to work on. Also, it is revealed that Saitama will be left with no choice, but to utilize his different combat skills set in order to take Garou down.

Along with Saitama meeting Garou, it is also rumored that the former is set to become rogue and be lured by an evil force. It is speculated that Saitama, who is under the control of the dark force, is going to use his extraordinary abilities in negative ways and its impact on him and the characters around him are yet to be revealed.

In other news, manga creator Murata is now in the entry phase of production, International Business Times has learned. As per the publication, production is in progress, in line with its premiere this year, and in Dec. 2015, the manga creator teased that "One Punch Man" season 2 would be as delightful as the premiere season. This means that what episode 1 gives to fans is expected to be the same throughout the season

Overall, "One Punch Man" season 2 is set to air in October.
