'One Punch Man' Season 2 Release Date, News: Saitama Set To Battle With Three Villains?

Following reports that the show has already been cancelled due to lack of updates about its release, new reports have it that "One Punch Man" season 2 will finally be out by October of this year.

Recent reports say that the delay has been due to the hectic schedule of Yusuke Murata, the manga artist behind the series. However, his renewed determination to complete the next installment of "One Punch Man" reportedly speeds up the creation of the series, making the October release possible.

For the past few months, several fans have lost interest in the series due to the series of delays in its production.

Based on spoilers, Saitama will have a hard time taking down the new villains in season 2. Three villains are reportedly coming his way, and one of them is Garou. A former student of Fang-an-S-Class Hero, he is considered as one of the toughest villains that Saitama will have to deal with in the next season.

Fang was the one who trained Garou and taught him the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist technique, but he did not want his apprentice to apply the skill for wicked pursuits. Since Garou chose treading the villainous path instead of being a hero, Fang decided to expel him.

The other two villains that Saitama is expected to go into battle with are Lord Boros and Amai Mask. The hero already faced off with the former in "One Punch Man" season 1, but Lord Boros is reportedly returning this season to even the score with Saitama.
