After the recent announcement of the famous British boy band, One Direction, saying that they are in for a short hiatus, the group is reportedly working individual projects for the time being. And the most recent news about their individual careers is that band member Louis Tomlinson might be an X-Factor judge when the show opens for yet another season in U.K.

It might be shocking for many but apparently, it is not for others since the group was been formed on the hit TV show and competition of great talents by none other than renowned judge, Simon Cowell. So when Tomlinson suddenly posted a series of messages on Twitter inquiring about when the show would start, fans started to speculate if the One Directioner would indeed be part of the show as a judge.

"So does X Factor start tonight/today?" Tomlinson initially posted on Twitter, one that sparked rumors that he might be a judge on X-Factor U.K. "Just the premiere tonight then ha! Got my days mixed up!" he tweeted out again. "Can't Wait for it to start!!"

The show has been a great concern for the group of course since it has been a big part of their careers but it doesn't necessarily mean that Tomlinson has been picked as a judge just yet. Rumors claim that the singer might just be inquiring about the show just because of curiosity. "He just seems to be looking forward to the new series," a source told E! News of the matter.

It might not be but if it is, it will not be very surprising since the group has already been reported to be taking on individual projects in the meantime. One Direction was said to "work on individual projects for a while," according to some sources.
