The TCU Horned Frogs goes toe-to-toe against the Ole Miss Rebels on December 31 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Bullfrogs (11-1) are looking to extend their impressive winning streak to eight games when they encounter Ole Miss Rebels this Wednesday afternoon.

"We've been talking about TCU since Oct. 28, it's been fantastic," said Horned Frogs Athletic Director Chris Del Conte to reporters.

"We wanted college football to be at the forefront of America and it has been. It's not time to panic. I thought the committee did a phenomenal job. Would we have liked to be in the four? Absolutely."

TCU utterly defeated their Big 12 foes, the Iowa State Cyclones, by a final score of 55-3, after Horned Frogs QB Trevone Boykin went 30-40 for 460 yards, highlighted by four touchdown passes and an interception on December 6.

"TCU is the Big 12 co-champion," said TCU head coach Gary Patterson to reporters.

"Here's what I told them: 'Quit worrying about style points.' I thought they were a little bit too tight. I said, 'Just go win a championship.'"

Meanwhile, the Rebels (9-3) are looking to stretch their current winning streak to two games when they battle the Horned Frogs in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at the Georgia Dome.

Previously, Ole Miss slaughtered the Mississippi State Bulldogs by a final score of 31-17 on November 29, a game where QB Bo Wallace went 13-30 for 295 yards with an interception in the victory.

"I knew this game would define my legacy," said Wallace to reporters.

"I had to win this game to be remembered like I want. ... I hope they'll remember as a guy who gave his all ever single game and won a lot of games."
