The Oklahoma City Thunder will face the Philadelphia 76ers on December 5 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Thunder (5-13) attempts to prevent a potential two game losing streak when they battle the pathetic Philadelphia squad in the "City of Brotherly Love."

Oklahoma City recently lost to the New Orleans Pelicans by a final score of 112-104 on Tuesday night after Kevin Durant scored 27 points in his season debut due to surgery to repair his broken right foot in the offseason.

"I was confident in myself. I knew my wind wasn't where I wanted it to be, obviously, but I felt good out there," said Durant to reporters.

"I just got to keep putting together good days and I'll keep getting back to where I want to be. To get back to midseason form like I want to be is going to take some time. No excuses for me. I'm out there; I got to play hard as I can no matter what and I got to go out there and be the best leader and player I can be."

Meanwhile, the hapless 76ers are looking to upset the Thunder when the attempt to defend their home court on Friday night.

"I didn't know it was going to be like this in Year 2," said 76ers head coach Brett Brown to reporters in reference to his team's top lottery draft picks Dario Saric and Joel Embiid not making their NBA debut this season.

"Nobody really planned on, your draft picks aren't going to play in Year 2."
