The Oklahoma City Thunder (46-17) will play against the Houston Rockets (44-19) at the Chesapeake Energy Arena tonight in Oklahoma City.

The Houston Rockets have beaten some of the NBA's elite teams at home lately, and they will look to continue their dominant play on the road as they start a three-game trip versus the league's top competition.

The Rockets face one of the two teams above them in the Western Conference standing when they begin their trip tonight versus the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Rockets extended their winning streak to five games on Sunday night, rallying to defeat the Portland Trailblazers by the final score of 118-113 in overtime. Harden scored 41 points, including 17 in the fourth quarter, as Houston came back from a 12-point deficit to force overtime. The Rockets then prevented the Trail Blazers from scoring a point in the final 2:15 of overtime to clinch the victory.

The victory ended a week that saw the Rockets defeat the Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers, the top two teams in the East.

"I think it's big. I think every game impacts the next game," said guard Jeremy Lin, who scored 26 points versus Portland adding. "You see guys go in crazy streaks and a lot of it is just keeping momentum or building off of whatever you've been working with."

Oklahoma City has lost two straight games and five of their last eight games since the All-Star break, losing by the final score of 114-110 versus to the horrible Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday. Kevin Durant (27 points, 12 assists, 10 rebounds), Russell Westbrook (20 points, eight assists, seven rebounds) and Serge Ibaka (21 points, 15 rebounds) all had terrific performances, but the Thunder could not make key plays on the defensive end.
