Nina Dobrev of 'The Vampire Diaries' is in the news once again, as the 25-year-old actress just bought a new house for the holidays.

While she hasn't given out many details yet, she has told reporters that this new place will be ideal for her and her girlfriends during the holidays. The new home is in Los Angeles and it will be her second home when she is not in Atlanta filming the show.

Most of her family is in Canada still, but she rarely gets the time to go back there. She wants both of her homes to be open and ready for all of her friends and family. She loves to entertain and all of her friends say that she is a great hostess. This second home will be a great investment for her and it will be another way for her to entertain.

Many rumors have also been circulating that Nina and her new beau, Chace Crawford, have been spending a lot of time together recently. Many have seen them shopping together, and basically spending as much time together as possible. Perhaps they are buying some new décor for Nina's new home.

Nina plans on having many parties and game nights at both of her homes. She said that she wants to take some time off when she can to help decorate the new home in Los Angeles and get it all ready for the holidays that are coming up.
