Nicole Richie News: Fashion Icon Talks Easy Summer Hairdos & Fall Fashion Favorites

Famous reality star and fashion icon Nicole Richie recently shared her fall fashion preferences when E! News caught up with her for a fashion tell-all interview, revealing her latest hair trends and fashionable clothing picks.

While attending the CoverGirl x MTV's Got You Covered bash, Richie sitting down with E! News, talked about the latest fashion trends. Richie's opinion matters a lot to most people since she has proven her fashion sense to people ever since she started her own fashion line called House of Harlow 1960.

Her line has been doing great and Richie just got the latest fashionable favorites that she gladly shared for her fans and fashion lovers like her. First off is her hair of course, Richie revealed that its all about having a short hair this season especially since it is easier to swim and she doesn't "have to think about upkeep."

"My hairstylist, his name is Andy LeCompte-he's been my best friend since I was about 18. He's been collecting photos, before there was any of that [social media]. He has just a catalog of just so many different hairstyles," she told E! News.

"How we work is it really depends on the condition of my hair. In his mind, it's better to be short and healthy. You know when people have long hair and it's two strands. My attitude about hair, is that it's hair. You can get extensions, you can cut it, if you don't like it you can always do something different," she continued.

The fashion expert also dished on her favorite season in fashion, and that is fall. "Fall is my favorite season for dressing, because I feel like that's when I can be the most creative, and play with different layers, different constructions-[and] I love breaking out all my jackets. I try to wear them here, but I literally look crazy with all the heat. So I'm excited to get all the outerwear out," she said.

With all her fashionable advice, Richie simply puts it all in one sentence: "You always want to feel like you," she said.
