NFL Week 12 Standings, Injuries, Schedule, Recap News: Cincinnati Bengals Hold Lead in AFC North
AFC East leaders, the New England Patriots faced off against the Lions this week and came away with a 34-9 win. Lions' offensive tackle, Riley Reiff left the field with a knee injury, and according to his team, it is uncertain if he will return to the field.
On that note, New England cornerback Kyle Arrington suffered a neck injury but remained in the game.
The Cincinnati Bengals still hold the lead in AFC North, but it was revealed that Andre Smith's injury in their game against the Titans may have ended the season for the offensive tackle. The Bengals, lead by A.J. Green still went on to beat the Texans in a 22-13 final.
The Broncos went up against the Dolphins and barely squeaked by with a 39 to 36 win, meanwhile AFC south leaders, the Indianapolis Colts trounced the Jaguars with a 20 point lead, continuing a miserable season for the Jacksonville team.
The Green Bay Packers went head to head against the Vikings, for a 24-12 win. Viking Cordarrelle Patterson suffered injuries to his knee and ankle and left the game. The Eagles came away with a 43-24 win against the Titans in spite of linebacker Emmanuel Acho's groin injury. The Cardinals were bested by the Seahawks, 3-19.
NFC South leaders, the Saints are set to take on the Baltimore Ravens this Monday at 5:30 p.m. PST. Meanwhile, if you were hoping to catch the postponed matchup between the Bills and the Jets, that game will also be held Monday at 4 pm Pacific Standard Time.
