The New York Rangers will face the Florida Panthers on February 2 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York.

The game will start at 7:00 pm ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).

The Rangers (28-15-4) are attempting to stretch their winning streak to two games when they host the Panthers at Madison Square Garden.

"The first half of the game, we might have been up 2-0 but that was mostly because of Hank's play," said New York head coach Alain Vigneault to reporters.

"We were up 2-0 but they had been the better team."

Previously, New York defeated by their Metropolitan rival the Carolina Hurricanes by a final score of 4-1, where Rangers players Dominic Moore Chris Kreider, Rick Nash, and Dan Boyle each scored a goal in the victory on January 31.

" I was getting ready for the shot, and I could feel a stick under my chin pull up my helmet, so I lost vision of the puck," said Rangers goalie Henrik Lundqvist to reporters after he made 31 saves in the game.

"I had a bad feeling about it because I could kind of see the puck coming, but then I lost track of it. When I got hit, it was obviously extremely painful and it was hard to breathe for a couple of minutes."

Meanwhile, the Panthers (21-16-10) are attempting to prevent a possible two game losing streak when they clash with the Rangers on Monday night.

Recently, the Panthers were defeated by the New Jersey Devils by a final score of 3-1, where Florida center Brandon Pirri scored the only goal for his squad in a losing effort on January 31.

"We have to score some ugly ones," said Pirri to reporters.

"We're an ugly team. Scoring one goal just is not good enough. It's not going to get any easier from here."
