The New York Islanders will face the Florida Panthers on February 3 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York.
The game will start at 7:00 pm ET and can be watched online through live stream via the link provided below (free for subscribers).
The Islanders (32-16-1) are looking to stop a possible three game losing streak when they host the Panthers at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
"There are a few things in special teams we want to change, but from our standpoint, there aren't too many things we want to change," said New York head coach Jack Capuano to reporters.
"We can't be in panic mode because we lost a couple of games."
The Islanders were recently crushed by the Detroit Red Wings by a final score of 4-1, where Islanders defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky scored the lone power play goal in the loss on January 31.
"The specialty teams hurt us today," said Islanders center John Tavares to reporters.
"It's kind of hurt us all season. We got a power-play goal but we didn't create much momentum off of it. They capitalized on theirs."
Meanwhile, the Panthers (21-17-10) are attempting to prevent a possible three game losing streak when they encounter the Islanders on Tuesday night.
"We battled back but again it's not enough," said Florida center Nick Bjugstad to reporters.
"We have to be mentally prepared for a whole game and not a few periods. That's what happens in this league if you're not prepared for a full game; it was a tough loss.
Recently, the Panthers were defeated by the New York Rangers by a final score of 6-3, where Florida players Brandon Pirri Aleksander Barkov and Dave Bolland each scored a goal in a losing effort on February 2.
"We just can let games like this one get away against teams we are chasing," said Bolland to reporters.
"We need momentum, and we had it tonight."
