Netflix June 2016 News: Series Lineup Includes ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ ‘Scandal,’ ‘Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’

June is fast approaching and for Netflix, it is the right time to release its new television series lineup.

According to Netflix Life, the media streaming company may release "Grey's Anatomy" season 12, "Scandal" season 5, and "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" season 3 in June. As per the publication, the possibility of seeing the aforementioned television series next month is based on a pattern involving the agreement between Netflix and other networks.

A case in point is the deal between Netflix and ABC. It is noted that some of the latter's shows were air in Netflix exactly a month following the show's season finale. Some of these series include "Grey's Anatomy," "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD," "Scandal," and "How to Get Away with Murder."

To explore further, fans can recall that the finale of "Marvel's Agents of SHIELD" season 2 aired on May 12, 2015. A month after, which was on June 11, 2015, the show was included to Netflix's series lineup.

As per Cinema Blend, Netflix does not usually make an announcement with about release dates in advance. However, the media company sure does have a list television series to hit televisions next month.

The publication mentioned that the June list includes the preschooler show "Word Party," which premieres on June 3; the animated series "Voltron: Legendary Defender," which airs on June 10; the comedy series "Orange Is The New Black" season 4, which starts on June 17; and the drama film "Fundamentals of Caring," which hits televisions on June 24.

Before June, fans have yet to wait for the release of "Peaky Blinders" season 3, which is on May 31.
