'Neighbors 2' Trailer, Cast: 'Neighbors 2 Sorority Rising' Movie To Come Out In May

The 2014 film "Neighbors" will be having a sequel "Neighbors" 2, and the very first trailer of "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" has been released. The hilarious trailer promises a movie that will surely make our stomachs hurt as we laugh through out the whole thing.

The trailer itself is really funny. A young college girl named Shelby (Chloë Grace Moretz) decides to put up "Kappa Nu," the very first sorority that throws wild parties all year around. It will be very unfortunate for the part of Kelly (Rose Byrne) and Mac Radner (Seth Rogen) who just succeeded in taking out a wild Delta Psi Beta fraternity. Now the unlucky couple real estate-wise must face an even wilder sorority.

At first, Mac would think that living with a sorority next door wouldn't be so bad, thinking that sorority girls are normally more behave and smarter. Well he thought wrong. The couple would need a hand from a young party person to be able to destroy the sorority - that's when the most of the time shirtless Zac Efron comes in. He plays Teddy Sanders, the antagonist in the first movie. It was seen at the ending part of the first film that Mac and Teddy became friends when Mac saw Teddy in front of a clothing shop. After having their relationship fixed, the two modeled their shirtless bodies in front of the store.

Dave Franco, Ike Barinholtz, Lisa Kudrow and Carla Gallo will also be returning in the film. "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" will be out in theaters May 20.
