While the April 5 episode of "NCIS" season 13 dropped some clues on how DiNozzo will leave the team, the next episode of the series will see the departure of actor Michael Weatherly from the series.

In the previous episode, Tony DiNozzo had to deal with identity theft as two agents pretended to be him. When he confronted the two impostors, he found out that a woman he dated from the past was the one who hired them.

After the identity thieves admitted that it was Leah who had them do the job, they slurred Tony by saying that he was boring, had no life, had the same job and lived in the same apartment.

Feeling like a buffoon, Tony pondered on what the two other impostors said. He told McGee, "I feel like my life is a charade. You'd tell me, right, if I was losing my edge, the DiNozzo edge? Because I feel like it. Sometimes I feel like I don't know who I am, like I've already lost my identity.  Is the identity theft some weird metaphor for my psychological state?," he said.

Another hint to his nearing departure was when he was told that Ziva had already gained a little weight. Some speculate that DiNozzo will discover that Ziva is pregnant in Israel so he will go to father the child and be there for his daughter.

Events in the previous episode suggested that he wanted to start a new job by leaving the NCIS and putting up his own NCIS team elsewhere.

Whether actor Michael Weatherly's character quits his job or goes to Israel for his daughter, one thing is for sure. He is all set to exit from the crime drama.

The next episode of "NCIS" season 13 airs on April 19 on CBS.
