After a two-week break, "NCIS: New Orleans" returns for a Christmas episode. In the upcoming episode Danny gets involved in a criminal investigation and Wade (CCH Pounder) and Pride (Scott Bakula) will be on the opposing edge of a conflict.

According to TV Guide's synopsis for episode 11, evidence from a few fatal Christmas burglaries led the "NCIS" team to Danny, Wade's son.

ENSTARS reported that there will be a reveal of the newest NCIS team member, Sonja Percy (Shalita Grant) by Christopher LaSalle (Lucas Black) and Meredith Brody (Zoe McLellan). According to the site, she will bring Pride in their Secret Santa exchange.

The next episode is entitled, "Blue Christmas." The teasers start at the Pride family's holiday celebration. The scene was followed by a robbery, with the culprit dressed in a Santa suite and a mask. A woman is also in the scene, tied up while on the floor.

Wade's son gets arrested by the police. We see Danny with his hands cuffed as Pride questions him, "You got stolen goods connected to a murder?" Then we see her worried mother shouting: "That's my son in there!" Pride tries to tell her that he'll do everything he can to help her son. In the end of the trailer, the mother firmly states that her son will not talk until he gets his lawyer.

The next episode is directed by Tony Wharmby and written by Zach Strauss. "NCIS: New Orleans" will be aired on CBS.
