'NCIS: Los Angeles' Season 8 Spoilers: Miguel Ferrer To Exit Show Due To Health Issues?

Actor Miguel Ferrer of "NCIS: Los Angeles" is rumored to leave the series soon due to his poor health condition.

According to reports, Ferrer, who plays NCIS assistant Director Owen Granger, suffered from stroke and might be too frail to continue his stint on the show. While the actor has yet to confirm the rumors, fans are already speculating that the writers of the series might have to kill off his character soon.

Meanwhile, Daniela Ruah is making a huge comeback after giving birth to her baby daughter in September. LL Cool K confirmed that the maternity leave of Ruah paved the way for some of the unexpected twists and turns in the series in the recent episodes.

In an interview, LL Cool J said, "We don't really write around them. We just accommodate them and sometimes you can use those positive life experiences as a way to build on. It gives the writers something to build on and it gives them, actually, inspiration to take the whole season to another level. So, I think it kind of works out for the best."

He also teased that somebody's going to die in the series, although he refused to name the character.

Meanwhile, spoilers for the upcoming episodes of "NCIS: Los Angeles" reveal that the National Security Agency and NCIS will come together to bring a fresh bout of action to the series. According to reports, the NCIS will be involved in a high-profile case involving a large organization. Kensi will also continue to cope with the struggles of motherhood.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 8 airs Sundays, 8:00 P.M. on CBS. The series is currently on hiatus and will return in January 2017 for its 12th episode.
