'NCIS: LA' Season 7 Finale Spoilers: Sam, Tahir Face Off; Team Celebrates Their Victory?

"NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 finally dropped the curtain for good on May 2.

The hit police procedural drama series wrapped up on a high note, offering lots of spectacular yet shocking moments for fans.

Titled "Talion," the season finale saw agent Sam Hanna picking up on a distress call from Aiden after his military school was taken over by an extremist group. It turned out that following his disappearance in episode 17, Tahir Khaled was back to go after Aiden through his terrorist cell.

Taking action over the situation, the NCIS team went all the way to San Francisco to rescue Aiden and take down the terrorist group. Apparently, Sam was emotionally invested in the mission so they targeted to stop the terrorists with as minimal body count as possible.

Determined to get Aiden, Tahir killed everyone who got in his way. When the NCIS team arrived, Kensi felt the need to alter the plan so it would be easier for them to get in. Going undercover, he was able to take down the terrorists and release the hostages.

Towards the end of the rescue mission, Sam faced off with Tahir. Just when he was about to rip Tahir's throat open, he saw Aiden shaking his head. Ultimately, he dropped his knife and let the authorities to place him under arrest.

Meanwhile, the last minutes of the episode saw the team sharing a moment and celebrating their team's victory.

The final episode of "NCIS: Los Angeles" season 7 aired on May 2 on CBS.
