NCAA March Madness 2015 Schedule, Preview: Top Teams Competing in March Madness Games

One of the bigger questions coming into CBS's selection show was who would join the undefeated Kentucky Wildcats as the four teams with No. 1 seeds, and Sunday, the NCAA tournament selection committee awarded Villanova, Wisconsin, and Duke the other three No.1 seed spots for the 2015 NCAA Tournament.

The first day of the tournament kicks off in Dayton, Ohio on March 17-18, where Manhattan, Hampton, Ole Miss, BYU, North Florida, Robert Morris, Boise State, and Idaho battle it out in the First Four to see who moves on to the bigger dance.

The Second Round begins on March 19-20, where AP overall top seed Kentucky faces the winner of the Manhattan/Hampton tiff, while No. 2 Kansas takes on New Mexico State.

In the West, the Badgers take on Coastal Carolina for their first game of the tournament; No. 2 Arizona takes on Texas Southern, and the famed Tar Heels of North Carolina battle Harvard.

In the East, the Wildcats of Villanova face Lafayette, while No. 2 Virginia takes on Vermont. Other second games include No. 3 Oklahoma vs. Albany, and No. 4 Louisville vs. UC Irvine.

In the South, the top seeded Blue Devils face the winner of First Four match North Florida/Robert Morris, No. 2 Gonzaga goes up against NDSU, while No. 3 Iowa State and No. 4 Georgetown takes on UAB, and eastern Washington, respectively.

The Third Round is scheduled for March 21-22, with the winners moving on to the Regional Semis on March 26-27 at the Quicken Loans Arena, in Cleveland, Ohio for the Midwest; the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California for the West; the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, New York for the East, and the NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas for the South.

The Regional Finals is scheduled for March 28-29, with the Final Four teams moving on to Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana for the national semifinals on April 4, and the biggest stage in college basketball is set for April 6.
