NBA All-Star Weekend Celebrity Lineup News: Kevin Hart, Ansel Elgort, Anthony Anderson, & More
The 2015 All-Star Weekend kicks off Friday, February 13 with the Sprint Celebrity Game at the Madison Square Garden.
Stars from all fields of the spectrum converge for the exhibition game, which will air on ESPN at 7 pm.
Three-time MVP Kevin Hart takes his antics on the court yet again, and will be joined by movie star Ansel Elgort; Anthony Anderson of ABC's "Blackish"; rapper and actor Common; Mo'ne Davis of Little League fame; "America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon; former NBA all-star and current assistant general manager of the New York Knicks Allan Houston; Hall of Famer Chris Mullin; Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera; "Inside Stuff" host Kristen Ledlow; Paralympian Blake Leeper; actor Michael Rapaport; Bollywood star Abhishek Bachnan; and WNBA stars Skylar Diggins, Tina Charles, and Shoni Scimmel.
This will be the first time in the event's history that the game will be held in an NBA arena.
This year's coaches include New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, director and long-time Knicks supporter Spike Lee, along with ESPN Radio's "Mike and Mike" hosts Mike Golic, and Mike Greenberg.
NBA Cares Ambassador Isaiah Austin will also be making his coaching debut for the game. Austin is the founder of The Isaiah Austin Foundation, which is involved in providing support for the awareness and research of Marfan syndrome.
Providing added entertainment for both fans and participants alike are "Cinderella" Broadway singer and actress Keke Palmer, who will be offering her rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner."
At halftime, Canadian reggae band MAGIC! will be performing their global multiplatinum-selling hit "Rude."
The ESPN 7 pm telecast of the event will be the network's 11th consecutive year of doing so. Those online can catch the event on WatchESPN, which is available on smart phones, tablets, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Apple TV, and Roku.
