'NBA 2K17' News & Update: Lakers’ Jordan Clarkson, Larry Nance Jr. Unveil Ratings; The Prelude App Out On September 9
Along with 2K Sports' "NBA 2K17's" The Prelude app, Los Angeles Lakers' Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr. have revealed their ratings in the game.
On Aug. 27, Clarkson tweeted his in-game photo. In caption, he wrote "My Screenshot and rating, what you guys think? s/o." The point guard's rating is now 77, which is a jump from an overall rating of 75 last year.
On the other hand, Nance also posted his in-game image on his Twitter account. In caption, the Lakers' power forward wrote "Big thanks to the guys at @2K @Ronnie2K and @LD2K... This screenshot looks more like me than I do lol." Nance's current rating is 75, from an overall rating of 66.
As per Lakers Nation, Clarkson has followed the path to becoming a three-point shooter while Nance has worked with his outside jumper in the "NBA" career.
In other news, 2K Sports unveiled a new app called The Prelude, Game Spot has learned. As per the publication, it enables players to create a character, in line with the game's role-playing game elements. In addition, players can set the character's physical features, position, and play style.
The Prelude can be downloaded for free for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and it also allows players select MyCareer options prior to the game's release in September. The app is set to come out on Sept. 9.
"NBA 2K17" is set to be released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on Sept. 20.
