In order to have Maddie's trust again, Rayna and Deacon fought in "Nashville" season 4 episode 18.

"Nashville" season 4 episode 18 is entitled "The Trouble with the Truth." According to Spoilers Guide, Rayna and Deacon had to race over the trust of Maddie, who was eager to pursue her freedom. However, someone who they thought as their ally worn away their efforts.

Episode 18 also saw Scarlett and Gunnar failed to correspond on the track of their musical collaboration during a press interview. Also, Luke made an attempt to do what was right for the sake of the artist he looked up to; however, his efforts just backfired. The episode also saw country music star Kelseas Ballerini perform "Peter Pan" in a guest appearance.

While meeting again with an old co-star, Juliette and Kesha are set to meet in "Nashville" season 4 episode 19, which is entitled "After You've Gone." According to Spoilers Guide, Rayna will make a desperate move to safeguard her eldest girl from some problems that come upon young artists.

In addition, episode 19 is also set to see Juliette unite once more with her "Sherandoah Girl" co-star Noah West on the Oscar campaign trail. Along with West, Juliette also meets Kesha, who guest stars as herself in the episode.

The episode will also see Scarlett on-guard of Gunnar's developing dynamics with Autumn Chase and see Layla fear leaning into uncertaining before her career starts. Also, Will is set to suffer from a detrimental loss in the episode. Details with regard the said loss are yet to be revealed.
