New spoilers have been popping up about what's going to happen in the second half of the second season of ABC's guitar-slinging drama Nashville. E! Online reports Rayna may have to put her music career on the line to stand up for Julliete, who could find herself in trouble after angering radio's most influential family, the Wentworths.

In the trailer promo for next Wednesday's episode "I'm Tired of Pretending" looks like there's a new princess in country, Layla Grant. After coming in second in a reality singing competition and signing to Edgehill Records, Grant's found her way into an opening act on Juliette Barnes' arena tour. Starting out as one of Juliette's biggest fans is now her biggest rival.

After angering Juliette by calling her own encore, the young predecessor is forced to sit out a show. Will a mutual disrespect for Grant thaw the ice between Rayna and Juliette, causing the two enemies to team up against the young, commercial starlet?

Also in next week's episode, Teddy appears to be getting a jealous over Deacon and Maddie's increasingly close relationship. In the trailer it looks like the father and daughter sing a duet together only to erupt in a physical confrontation between the dueling dads.
