"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing" has a pre-registration campaign, according to the game's official webpage. As per the publication, more pre-registrations mean greater bonus gifts for players.

It is added that having 25,000 pre-registrations grants players five ninja pearls, while 50,000 pre-registrations give 10 ninja pearls. Meanwhile, having 100,000 pre-registrations means that everyone gets Naruto Uzumaki the "Boy Who Aims to be Hokage."

The characters' tier rankings have also been revealed. According to Online Fanatic, the characters can be ranked as S or Top Tier, A or Good and useful, and B or Decent. The details also include the characters' attributes, max rairty, max HP, max attack, and attack range.
