'Mortal Kombat X' New Character News: Mortal Kombat X Predator Announced as a Playable Character
Warner Brothers has recently revealed new details about the way in which players of Mortal Kombat X will be able to download and play as Predator.
Predator comes in the Predator bundle as a part of the package. The bundle also includes three skins, which are Commando Johnny, Infrared Scorpion and Carl Weathers as Jax.
These became available beginning July 7th for people who have the Kombat Pack, and can be purchased separately for $7.99 starting Tuesday, July 14th.
Those who want to purchase Predator on his own will be able to do that starting from July 14th as well for $4.99, while the skins will be available separately for $3.99.
Warner Bros. has also announced that the Klassic Fatality Pack, which will be released for all Mortal Kombat X players for free, will include four klassic fatalities.
These will include Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Sonya and Johnny Cage. Also included will be the Kold War Scorpion Skin.
Ed Boon, the creative director for the game, has teased the idea of Rain appearing in Mortal Kombat X as well.
A modder found a way, recently, to make many of the unplayable characters from the story mode playable, and these included Rain, Sindel and Baraka.
Rain is a legacy Mortal Kombat character, who first appeared in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Speculation about whether he would be playable in Mortal Kombat X began when he was seen in a story trailer released in February.
He has not been announced as a playable character officially, as yet. Previously, Jason, the slasher horror icon, was added to the Mortal Kombat X roster.
