'Mortal Kombat X' New Update News: MKX Patch Brings New DLC Info & Reptile Costume
A new patch for Mortal Kombat X has already made its way to the PlayStation 4 and PC versions of the game, and it will surely be headed to Xbox One any day now.
The patch comes along with some sneak peeks and teasers of items that will be added to the game in the future.
These include a first look at two packs: The Klassic Pack and the Brazil Pack. There is also a preview of the Klassic Reptile costume.
MP1st was able to procure a screenshot that showed Tanya's character background and character model. Some of the characters in the game will also get costume updates.
These include Sonya Blade, Liu Kang, Kano, Johnny Cage and Kung Lao. Reptile's character model and character background has been revealed in the patch, as well.
In the latest patch for Mortal Kombat X, Tanya is the main focus. Even though her character select and fatality have been leaked, it has still not been disclosed exactly when she will be released through downloadable content.
There has been some rumors as well, that the Klassic Pack is soon to be released and that NetherRealm Studious might let players test Tanya as a fighter.
This has been done already for Jason Vorhees, who was made briefly available through the Living Towers. The patch has also come with a new brutality, which was discovered by Gamerant.
The newest patch also includes some general bug fixes and tweaks, as well as character specific fixes.
