'Modern Family' Season 7 Episode 13 Spoilers: Phil Will Stand Against Claire? Gloria's Life-Size Cutout Stolen

This week's scenes on hit television series "Modern Family" season 7 made viewers surprised by the turn of events. Here is a recap from the recent episode and a bit of what to expect on the next one.

According to The Futon Critic, episode 13 entitled "Thunk in the Trunk" revealed that Claire and Phil had shifted responsibilities for the meantime. Claire will now be the new head of the closet business for a while and "assumes the role of the wheeling and dealing breadwinner," while Phil takes the role of the "invisible housewife."

However, Phil won't take being "unappreciated for too long." What would he do to turn the table? Viewers will have to wait for the outcome of the next episode.

Meanwhile, Jay will try to shrug off his jealousy, but will ask Manny to steal Gloria's life-size cut-out model of herself. The cut-out for the hot sauce product has been displayed in the grocery store, which attracts men in an "unsavory" way. Her reaction when Gloria saw the "crime" via closed circuit video, with the remaining teaser for the episode, can be watched here.

On the other hand, Cam and Mitch tried their best to be as nice as they could, so that their rental property could get positive feedback. But that didn't last too long, as they couldn't help but poke fun at the new renters who acted weird.

"Modern Family" stars Ed O'Neill as Jay Pritchett, Julie Bowen as Claire Dunphy, Ty Burrell as Phil Dunphy, Sofia Vergara as Gloria Pritchett, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Mitchell Pritchett, and many more.
