Miss USA 2015 News: Miss Oklahoma Olivia Jordan Wins Miss USA 2015

The 2015 Miss USA had been crowned. Miss Oklahoma, Olivia Jordan has won the biggest pageant program in America, taking first place over fifty other contestants.

After she made it to the top fifteen, the twenty six year old contest impressed the audience and the judges in her bikini and evening gown rounds.

However, Jordan more than slayed the competition during the question rounds of the pageant, speaking on race issues in the United States and sharing that she would like to see Oprah Winfrey or Harriet Tubman on the $10 bill.

She specifically talked about the important need for more improved dynamics in terms of the race issue. The first runner up in the competition was Miss Texas, Ylianna Guerra, and she was followed by second runner up, Miss Rhode Island, Anea Garcia.

The third runner up was Miss Nevada, Brittany McGowan, and the fourth runner up was Miss Maryland, Mame Adjei.

Jordan was obviously extremely happy about her win, and she was even speechless when Sanches put the tiara on her head.

The competition this year was clouded with controversy due to the co owner of the event, Donald Trump, making statements about Mexican immigrants during his campaign for the GOP nomination for president in the 2016 election.

Trump chose to label Mexican immigrants as "rapists" and drug pushers, and this caused NBC and Univision to drop the pageant, and moved judges, performers, and even hosts scheduled to be on the show to pull out.

Even so, Jordan seemed extremely thrilled with her win. She grinned when her name was announced.
