'Minecraft' Update News: Game Hits Apple TV, Story Mode Episode 1 Free On Xbox One And PS4

Along with talks about Mojang's "Minecraft's" story mode first episode heading free, the game is also expected to launch on Apple TV, as per reports.

"Minecraft" is set to be official on the Apple TV, as per Tech Crunch. According to the publication, it may lead to possibilities seeing the game in various platforms. It is added that with the game's appearance on the said device, it is also assumed that Microsoft's market will expand.

As per News Everyday, Apple TV might not only feature "Minecraft," as it is presumed that more than 1,600 apps are set to surface on the device, in addition to a larger app. While Mojang is set to include the hit video game to one of Apple's best product lines, reports say that Amazon, Video, Netflix, and BGR are not part of the Cupertino-based company's plans on the Apple TV.

"Minecraft's" first episode in its story mode is set to go to the Xbox One and Windows 10 for free, as per Game N Guide. According to the publication, the game serves as the newest engine in making players satisfied and richer by a few dollars. Also, the game is set to showcase Overworld, Nether, and The End, which offer various sorts of adventures and hazards to Jesse and the group, as they try to find The Order of Stone to save the planet.

In this regard, the price of "Minecraft's" storymode retail disc has also been changed to cut the episode 1 cost. As per reports, this also suggests changes in price of the Season, Deluxe, Adventure, and Complete Adventure passes.

Developed by Mojang and 4J Studios, "Minecraft" was released for PlayStation 4, Android, Xbox One, and iOS in 2011.
