The 'Mindy Project' star Mindy Kaling has had a fresh start recently after leaving the network Fox for her show, that she also created and starred in, on another network, Hulu. And in her recent interview, the comedienne reveals all about her recent career move and her future family life.

The witty Kaling is definitely known to be outspoken and funny at the same time on different topics in life but when she talks about her future family life, she is serious in saying how she really looks forward to it. "I think I've decided that unlike everything else in my life, I'm going to be fast and loose about kids. I'm going to not actively plan, but if it happens, it would happen," the actress said talking to Yahoo! Style in a candid interview. She later added that she hopes to have kids "maybe imminently."

Although of course for some people getting married would be the first move but its not so important for Kaling when she revealed "I'm not cavalier about who I would have a kid with. But the thing I ask every parent that I really admire, the one comment they all have is that they wish they had kids earlier," she said.

And in the topic of marriage, Kaling reveals, "I admire [a good marriage] when I see it. I think it's a beautiful thing," the actress said adding, "In my 20s, and especially in my teens, I completely fetishized a wedding. But I think much less about marriage now. It's less interesting to me."

However it seems like the TV star's focus as of the moment is her upcoming 4^th season of her show which is now on the new network. "Being on a network is extremely, extremely rewarding but extremely difficult," she explained. "It's very much built on the next morning and waiting to see the ratings. When everyone you know watches it on a different platform than the Nielsen's - and not really understanding how to change that - that's challenging."
