Miley Cyrus News: 'Wrecking Ball' Singer's Luxe Toluca Lake Mansion For Sale at $5.995 Million
Surprise surprise! As the New Year arrived, another mansion, celebrity owned of course, is for sale, priced at $5.995 million. A Tuscan inspired mansion is owned by none other than 'Wrecking Ball' Miley Cyrus' family and is now officially up for grabs.
Well, although it isn't easy to make 5.9 Million dollars for ordinary people, it is however being eyed already by several buyers reportedly as it is indeed a breathtaking place located in Toluca Lake, California.
It is uncertain, but what has been reported is that the pop star, Cyrus, did not spend too much time at the recently listed house. In fact, rumor has it that Cyrus had not stepped on the grounds ever since the mansion was bought in 2007.
But of course, Cyrus' parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus who before their divorce in 2013 lived in the 8,700 square feet mansion in Los Angeles. The two former married couple apparently had so much space with 26,939 square foot lot where the property sits in.
The mansion is famously described to be a Tuscan-inspired compound and is reportedly designed by a Montecito-based architect named Bob Easton. The mansion is classic and is composed of very durable materials. Reportedly, the interior and exterior architectural details include copper rain gutters, wrought iron accents, rustic wood beams, a red clay tile room, "Ivy Infused Walls," and several carved stone fireplace mantels.
Also, the mansion features six bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, walk in closets (one apparently has a cheetah print carpet), and to be secure, the family has installed security cameras all over the property. The property also has a unique and rugged touch according to reports as it has a skateboarding ramp outside.
On that note, there is also a pool and a private spa, according to reports.
