Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Specs & Release Date Rumors: New Tablet to Launch this Year?
With the success of the previous Microsoft Surface Pro 3 released last year, the company has definitely proven its capability to create good tablets and now with rumors going around expecting Surface Pro 4 to be released this year, consumers have been anxious and excited to finally see yet another upgrade in the tablet series.
It has been billed that Surface Pro 4 is one of the most anticipated devices in 2015. Surely because of its impressive features that went far beyond its predecessor. Not only for its outer components like a 13-14 inch screen size and its fanless operation, the new device is said to have a 1TB storage which many consumers are excited to have since its perfect for Xbox game streaming.
Speaking of a fanless operation, the new tablet is a great improvement from its predecessor now having a cooler running temperature compared to Surface Pro 3's Haswell chip.
Not only that, Surface Pro 4, which is rumored to be released in June 2015 will already have installed the new Windows 10 as its operating system. Although it is still unknown when Microsoft will unveil the gadget, reports are claiming that it may be at the 2015 Game Developers Conference as it is the perfect timing to release a device with a super storage capacity.
"Microsoft is looking into putting out the Surface Pro 4 on July 2015," a source told RealtyToday. "My sources say that Microsoft will reveal it on GDC and they will use that and a gaming PC, plus an Xbox, to show how powerful Windows 10 and DX12 is," the source added.
There are little details leaked online about the gadget including a feature that can attract laptop consumers since the tablet has a Type cover which can easily have the gadget converted into a laptop for other functional use.
There have been reports also stating that the gadget houses the new Intel Core M Broadwell chip which is a great improvement for both the gadget's portability and power.
