It has been confirmed that Melissa Benoist and Blake Jenner have tied the knot, according to E! News. The two tied the knot this spring. It was a surprise wedding, for fans of the couple at least. Over the weekend, E! News was able to talk to the twenty six year old actress at Comic Con International in San Diego.

Benoist was working on promoting her new CBS show, Supergirl, and was seen wearing a very small silver wedding band on her ring finger.

She has been wearing the ring in a few of her recent Instagram pictures. Benoist, and Jenner, who is 22 years old, have never been secretive about their relationship on social media.

 In fact, Benoist often posts public displays of affection between the two, and flaunts her love for her husband on Instagram.

The couple got engaged in July 2013, according to accounts, and five months later, the actors talked about their wedding plans in an interview with E! News.

 "We're just excited that it's happening," said the couple when E! News asked them whether they had started to plan their big day as yet. "We're just focusing on work right now so whenever that happens..." Benoist also added that their wedding would be small, intimate and nice.

The newlyweds first met on the set of the hit Fox musical drama, Glee. Both actors signed on to join the cast of the show in 2012.

Jenner played Ryder Lynn, and Benoist starred as Marley Rose. Fans of the happy couple wish them a big congratulations and the best for their future together.
