The popular superhero series on ABC Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' will be back for Season 3 in a few weeks time. The major storylines in the upcoming season will focus on Warriors, Quake, the inhumans as well as Hydra.

A report by iSchool Guidestates that in the previous season, the inhumans were introduced to fans, who were also teased about the magnamity of Marvel's upcoming movie 'Captain America: Civil War.'

In the upcoming season of 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.', fans will get to see Skye, who is now known as Agent Daisy Johnson or Quake and leads a group of young people who are developing powers similar to hers.

Daisy Johnson acquires the powers as Quake because has now technically transformed into an Inhuman. In fact, she has matured from being "a homeless and brilliant hacker" to the agent and leader that she is now. As the Secret Warriors will come into the picture now, Daisy Johnson's importance grows than ever before.

According to the report, 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 3 will also weigh heavily on actress Adrianne Palicki, who portrays Mockingbird, a female superhero on the team.

In an interview with Den of Geek, Palicki said that the upcoming season will show plenty of losses. While Coulson has lost his arm, others are dealing with the loss of a physical ability or maybe lost people trying to find a leader. Palicki also talked about the purported rise of female superheroes and their bigger roles in TV shows and movies.

She said, "I mean, all of these women, especially on 'Agents of SHIELD,' not only just Mockingbird, but all the females on 'SHIELD' they're the ones who kick a**," adding, "All these women are kicking a** and I feel like it's becoming more and more prevalent and men want to see that, not only women."

Hence, it is expected that viewers will see whether the evolution of women superheroes will continue, as 'Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' Season 3 premieres on ABC at 9:00 p.m. ET on Sept. 29.
