Former 'Dancing With The Stars' partners Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Meryl Davis continue to be slammed with rumors about their alleged romance, despite their personal efforts to dismiss and deny them entirely.

However, since the rumors keep surfacing online about the pair, there has to be some kind of evidence or reason for the dating claims.

Recently, the two were spotted together at the Ariana Restaurant in New York City as they were photographed by those in the restaurant, who soon after uploaded the photos online. But despite the several instances that the two were spotted together, they stand by their claim that they are simply friends.

On the same day, the two were apparently rehearsing together as Davis posted a short video of their rehearsal on her Instagram account. Not only that, the DWTS pair were also seen at London Jewelers supporting Champions for Charity.

"We aren't dating, and I don't think we will. She is very special. I care very deeply for Meryl. Our friendship is where it will be for many years. She is awesome to spend time with," Chmerkovskiy recently explained during his interview with People magazine.

The pro dancer also announced that the duo champion of the DWTS Season 18 will reunite for another performance called "Sway: A Dance Trilogy".

"Meryl and I are going to reproduce a couple of our routines and give people a little Maks and Meryl magic-even if it's just for a day," Chmerkovskiy told the magazine.

The said performance will be held this coming December 17 in Westbury, New York. Now fans who call the duo "Maksyl" can be able to witness once again the pair's winning moves.

Fans can agree that the pair surely showcases some magic out on the dance floor, but many are still hoping that news about their romance will one that make the headlines.

Beyond all that, the only thing that can be said for certain is that the two seem to be very good friends, so many fans are simply wishing them the best in that regard.
