Madonna News: 'Rebel Heart' Singer Falls of Stage at Brit Awards
A lot of artists and celebrities arrived and made an impression at last night's 2015 Brit Awards but the one that stood out the most was Madonna who unfortunately fell off the stage as her cape pulled her down.
A lot of people were worried of the veteran artist but there were also who made some hilarious comments about Madonna's fall. It was during her song 'Living for love' when the 56-year-old fell off the stage singing the line "I let down my guard, I fell into your arms." Then when she finally got back on her feet to get back on the stage the phenomenal performer continued singing, "now that it's over, I'm going to carry on."
As it is rare to see Madonna experience such things, people and fans made a huge deal out of it posting several things on the Internet like their concerns and well wishes to her on Twitter. Some also created memes that showed Madonna's cape with the words: "Has a Cape, Can't Fly" and other GIF posts showing the moment when the artist fell.
But Madonna and her other supporters were quick to respond to the many posts after the event. Madonna wrote on her Instagram, "Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight! But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I'm fine! ??#livingforlove," she wrote thanking fans that sent their good wishes.
One posted on Instagram defending Madonna showing a photo with the words 'She's gonna carry on' and writing as caption: "Took me to heaven and let me fall down Now that it's over I'm gonna carry on". She got back up and put her crown back on. #Madonna #Queen #LivingForLove," a user named simon_says posted.
Some even mentioned other artists like Lady Gaga who is said to will likely copy Madonna's falling moment. "Just saw the clip of Madonna falling over at The Brits. I give it six months before Lady Gaga starts doing it too," one wrote on Twitter.
