'Madam Secretary' Season 2 Episode 22 Preview: Murphy Station Team Continues Tracking Down The Notorious Terrorist?
The Murphy Station team continues tracking down a terrorist in the 22nd episode of "Madam Secretary" season 2.
Synopsis for the episode suggests that while the Murphy Station tries to pin down the notorious terrorist Jibral Disah, the United State government insists on the implementation of a "render safe" mission in its quest to secure one hundred unprotected nuclear weapons owned by the Pakistani government before it collapses.
Titled "Render Safe," the episode follows Elizabeth as she deploys the Special Forces to Pakistan and ensures that the warheads reach them. On the brink of a major collapse, the war-torn country is vulnerable to terrorists who may just swoop in and steal the weapons of destruction. Thus, the United States has to be really careful.
In last week's episode, a corrupt Pakistani official blew the whistle on the Pakistani Prime Minister's agreement with the US to closely monitor their weaponry. As the disappointed citizens plagued the streets and expressed their disappointment with the government, the Pakistani Prime Minister was attacked in his car. This event marked the beginning of pandemonium in the country, allowing the vultures to go into the country to lay hands on the unprotected weapons.
In "Render Safe," the Murphy Station team decides to stay in Pakistan, believing that Disah is hiding somewhere in Islamabad. With no intention of letting him escape once more, their mission to take down the terrorist ends there. Preview for the episode shows that Elizabeth is worried if her husband Henry will make it out alive, considering the ongoing war in Pakistan.
"Madam Secretary" season 2 airs every Sunday, 8:00 P.M. on CBS.
