MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date News, Specs Rumors: New MacBook Pro Set To Have A Cheaper Price?

There are some reports that say the old MacBook models have slashed their prices for as low as $300. This could mean that the stores are trying to get rid of their stocks to make some room for the new MacBook Pro 2016.

According to the Ecumenical News, the new MacBook Pro 2016 might be revealed at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference 2016 in June. The MacBook Pro 2016 is also rumored to have a cheaper price while at the same time, having a more powerful line of specs.

It was reported that the MacBook Pro 2016 will be running on a Skylake processor which is an upgrade from the line of MacBook products since the previous models have used Haswell and Broadwell processors. The MacBook Pro also promises to have a stronger battery life. There will also be a support for the USB-Type C which would be supplemented by the Thunderbolt 3 which would give the MacBook Pro 2016 a faster time for data transferring.

There's still no confirmation yet from Apple so it would be likely that we will get the official word come June at the 2016 Worldwide Developers Conference. So all the details mentioned may have been just rumors about the product.

In other news, according to Christian Times, Microsoft may have plans of competing with the MacBook Pro 2016 with their upcoming device, the Microsoft Surface Book 2. The Surface Book 2 is the upgraded product of the very first Surface Book dubbed as the "ultimate laptop." It will have 4k resolution and will also have the latest USB-Type C port.
