Love and Hip Hop New York scandal! Say it isn't so!

In last week's season premiere, viewers received the shocking revelation that former rapper Peter Gunz married one of his artists Amina Butterfly instead of his baby mama Tara. Well turns out the marriage is the real deal. However, Tara and Peter ended their relationship almost a year ago. The two only pretended to be together to spice up the drama for Love and Hip Hop.

Peter, whose been rumored to be $2 million in debt for unpaid child alimony and back taxes, confirmed that he was behind on rent on a radio show. Would he have lied about him and Tara to make good on a few unpaid expenses?

But don't get feeling to sorry for Tara. Apparently she's a classically trained actress with a degree in Dramatic Arts from Jackson State University. Along with Love and Hip Hop she also does some community acting at a lower Manhattan theater.
