Louis Tomlinson, age 23, apparently embraces the free time that the One Direction's split has afford him, as rumors now claim that he's going to be a father, Hollywood Life reports.

He will also put a solo career on hold for the time being to help fiancé Briana Jungwirth, age 22, raise their baby.

"While he's away from the spotlight, Louis wants to focus on being a dad," a source shared with Hollywood Life.

"He will put all career plans on hold for now to concentrate on raising his child with Briana."

It was just reported by UK tabloid The Sun that the hugely popular boy band will be taking a year off to work on their solo projects, with the exception of Tomlinson, who will focus on his family.

The tabloid's source shared: "Louis is comfortable enough financially to take a year or two off and feels that his solo career can wait because fatherhood is much more important."

The band will not tour for their 5^th album, and will go their separate ways after the album is released.

Hollywood Life's source shared that Harry Styles, 21, will explore "edgier" music.

They said Tomlinson joked that "he will live his life vicariously through Harry's solo career while the band is on a break."

The source went on to say: "The guys have been together for five years, which is an incredible run for any boy band. They fully deserve to have at least a year to work on their own projects. There is absolutely no bad blood between them and they are all 100 percent behind the decision."

And, to reassure the fans, the source shared: "It is definitely not a split, and they fully intend to get back together at some time in the future. But for now it is the end and they go out on top as the world's most popular music act."
