The Los Angeles Lakers will face the Indiana Pacers on December 15 at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Lakers (8-16) are looking to extend their current winning streak to a possible four game streak when they clash with the Pacers on Monday night.
Previously, Los Angeles defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves by a final score of 100-94 on December 14 after Kobe Bryant had 26 points in order to catapult his squad to the historic victory.
"You get up there and the crowd's really waiting to see you score nine points, so don't (screw) this up and completely kill the moment," said Bryant to reporters in reference to passing his idol Michael Jordan for third place on the NBA's all-time scoring list (with at least 32,292 career points).
"That's the most important thing to me, is playing for the respect of the greats and feeling like I'm a part of that culture and a part of that brotherhood."
As a result, Jordan expressed his thoughts regarding Kobe Bryant's historic night at the Target Center on Sunday.
"I congratulate Kobe on reaching this milestone. He's obviously a great player, with a strong work ethic and has an equally strong passion for the game of basketball. I've enjoyed watching his game evolve over the years, and I look forward to seeing what he accomplishes next," said the current Charlotte Hornets owner in a statement according to the Associated Press.
Meanwhile, the Meanwhile, Pacers (7-17) are looking to avoid a possible nine game losing streak when they defend their home court against the Lakers at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
Indiana previously lost to the Portland Trail Blazers by a final score of 95-85 on Saturday night after Pacers point guard C.J. Watson scored 23 points in a losing effort.
"It's just frustrating losing," said Indiana small forward Solomon Hill to reporters.
"Last year we didn't have a streak like this, and I feel for our older guys. You want to give it your all for some of the older guys' sake. It's just not happening for us right now."
