Rumors about Christina Milian and Lil Wayne dating have been surfacing online for a while now, but they have not been confirmed for denied by either party. At one point, the rumors went as far as to allege that Milian was carrying the "Drop the World" rapper's child.

On that note, the rumors about Milian and her connection to Wayne romantically have not been received very well by all of the rapper's fans. Beyond that, some sources went as far as to allege that Lil Wayne's own daughter, Reginae Carter, personally disapproved of Christina Milian.

However, the rumors about a relationship between the two only intensified as they performed together on November 23 at the American Music Awards. Apparently, Milian could not keep her eyes off the rapper and the pair ended up walking off the stage hand and hand.

Moving along, some of the rumors about this alleged relationship became entangled with other famous musical artists and their relationships.

In that regard, singer Nivea opened up about some of the complex relationships that involve Lil Wayne, The Dream, Christina Milian, and herself.

In an interview with Malcolm Music, "We share an ex-husband together. She has a daughter and I have 3 by Dream as well. So, we would make sure they saw each other and they're in their sister's lives and vice versa and that's where it stood."

She went on to say, "Her other decisions led to my involvement because she's dealing with the other father of my youngest child. So I was like, "what the hell? It felt crazy as hell! I'm like' what the hell is wrong with you?'"

All in all, the rumors about Lil Wayne and the women in his life remain as complex as ever, and fans of the rapper hope to get to the bottom of them all sometime soon.
