Light Records Announce ‘The Celebrate Christmas’ Tour with Award-Winning Gospel Artists James Fortune & FIYA and Jessica Reedy
Following a successful year and best-selling albums, James Fortune and Jessica Reedy plan to hit the road this November and December for a special holiday tour. The Celebrate Christmas Tour will begin on November 26th in Arlington, VA at the historic Birchmere (see below for a full list of cities & dates).
The limited run event will feature new music from Fortune's recently released Christmas album, GRACE GIFT as well as songs from both artists collection of hits. A concert for the whole family, The Celebrate Christmas Tour will visit popular music venues around the country as well as wrap up its run at several House of Blues locations.
Light Records will also partner with Toys For Tots (in most cities) to host a Toy Drive on behalf of the US Marine Corps national program. The US Marine Corps annual drive is aimed at spreading hope by collecting new unwrapped toys to distribute during the Holidays to less fortunate children. All are encouraged to bring a new unwrapped toy and all ticket buyers who donate a toy will receive a special gift from Light Records. US Marines in Arlington, Cleveland, Chicago, Houston and Dallas will be on hand to receive the donated toys.

About Jessica Reedy:
Jessica Reedy first gained national attention as a contestant on the second season of the national TV competition BET's "Sunday Best." After auditioning in Washington DC, she quickly found herself in the Top 20 performing on the main stage for judges Mary Mary and Bebe Winans. Reedy made it all the way to the finals where she was eventually named runner-up. Reedy's debut album FROM THE HEART debuted at Number 1 on Billboard's Top Gospel Chart and spawned two popular radio singles "Put It On the Altar," and "Something Out of Nothing." Reedy has garnered national press attention and has performed on several national TV programs including The BET Awards, The Stellar Awards, BET's Celebration of Gospel, BMI Honors Gospel Special and 106 & Park.
