LG G4 Release Date & Specs Rumors: Device Sports Full Metal Body - Launches in April?

Even as rumors about the upcoming LG G4's specifications continue to emerge on the Internet, what has been intriguing tech enthusiasts as well as experts most, is whether the device will come with a full metal body or not.

According to Tech Radar, a latest leak from the XDA Developers forum has boasted the first images of a handset purported to be LG G4. The image shows the handset with the metal uni-body design.

The overall appearance of the purported LG G4 seems to bear a lot of resemblance to the LG G3, the existing flagship smartphone of the South Korean tech manufacturer. Similar to the LG G3, the image of the upcoming device shows that it will come with the power button and volume rocker on the rear side of the handset, a little lower than the camera.

It is worth noting that the primary rear camera of the upcoming LG G4, as shown in the leaked image, has a square sensor with the power button changed to a rectangle which it very visible and positioned between the volume rocker keys.

However, the major modification is in the top left on the rear side of the device, which seems to be a stylus. The source has, however, not supplied any images of the stylus unwrapped.

Other sources in South Korea have hinted that the LG G4 will come with a curved display, similar to the LG G Flex 2, but the leaked photos suggest differently. However, the leaked photos should be taken with a large pinch of salt, as the specific features and specs of the upcoming smartphone are still unknown. Hence, LG fans will have to wait till the company officially announced the device.

Yet another rumor suggests that LG Corporation will be launching the LG G4 at the end of April 2015.
