'Legends of Tomorrow' News: New Trailer Shows Arrow-Flash Evolution
At San Diego Comic Con, several shows that were based on DC Comics gathered in Hall H for Superhero Saturday Night, which was a three hour panel.
The panel included Arrow, The Flash, Gotham, Supergirl and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
On the eve before the huge superhero show themed panel, The CW released a new trailer for DC's Legends of Tomorrow, which also featured footage from Arrow and The Flash, as well as comparisons of these scenes to their counterparts in the comic book universe.
Several of the scenes are taken directly from the comics that inspired them.
The three hour panel included question and answer sessions with cast members and producers from Arrow and The Flash, as well as a special video presentation from DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
The panel took place from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm in Hall H, and fans, who did not even know as yet whether or not production had begun on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, were excited to see what exactly would be shown as a part of the video presentation.
Having seen the future, the time traveling rogue, Rip Hunter, take on the mission of gathering a group of heroes and villains in order to face an unstoppable threat that has caused not only the entire planet, but time itself to be in danger.
The show focuses on whether or not the team can defeat an immortal threat unlike any seen before.
DC's Legends of Tomorrow is set for a mid season debut on The CW.
The series, which is a spin off from Arrow and The Flash will exist in the same fictional universe as the other two shows.
