Fans of Nickelodeon's 'The Legend of Korra' series are excited for the final two episodes in the series, but are disheartened at the fact that the whole show is drawing near its end. Looking on bright side, Episodes 12 and 13 will be broadcast online at no cost to viewers at midnight tonight.

Avatar the Last Airbender Online says that the series usually airs episodes Friday in the afternoon, however, this time around the producers are making an exception. The series finale live stream is set to go live at 12:00 am on December 19.

Fans are not only excited at the idea of getting to see 'The Legend of Korra' series finale earlier than expected, but they are getting both episodes consecutively. The entire close to the series will be showcased in the two episodes entitled "Day of the Colossus" and "The Last Stand."

Additionally, Episodes 10 and 11 will also be broadcast on television via Nicktoons at 9:00 and 9:30 pm EST. Right after that, the network will air the final two episodes in Book 4 at 10:00 and 10:30 pm EST on December 19.

Evidently, some Korra fans are upset at the fact that the finale will first air online and then via television. This leaves room for spoilers to be released online, which might just ruin the ending to those waiting to watch it on their TV sets.

In this regard, The Legend of Korra' co-creator Bryan Konietzko said on Tumblr, "I know a lot of you wished the finale would be released simultaneously so you could experience it as a community in tandem, and I wish it had worked out that way too,"

He went on to add, "At least there are several ways to view it, even on a TV--imagine that! Tag your spoilers for those who can't see it early!"
