Lea Michele News: Actress Talks Health & Love Life Secrets
'Glee' star Lea Michele is evidently blossoming in her relationship with boyfriend Matthew Paetz. For those that may not know, the famous singer and actress have had it tough on love after losing her ex-boyfriend, the late Cory Monteith when he died of a suspected drug overdose.
Indeed after a very heart breaking experience, Michele now has finally moved on in her life bringing with her the love of Monteith in her thoughts and her perspective on how to keep her relationship healthy. Michele, in her recent interview with E! News might have just revealed the ultimate advice that girls need for their relationships to work.
Nowadays relationships in Hollywood and even for ordinary people are short-lived and Michele's advice might just save more relationships if they follow it. "I think that the only way that anyone can really have a successful relationship is if they are totally okay on their own," Michele revealed.
Apparently, being happy in one's relationship starts with oneself and Michele have mastered that kind of perspective saying, "For me, throughout my whole life, I've just really tried to grow and strengthen myself individually and become the most happy, healthy person on my own that I can become."
The confident star also reveals that she is ready for anything as long as she keeps her perspective in place. "And then whatever the universe brings into my life, it will."
So whether spending time with her boyfriend or working on her upcoming flick, 'Scream Queens' which she is reportedly currently filming in New Orleans, Michele assures everyone that she is perfectly happy and is also working on her fitness lately.
"I'm in a total workout kick now," she explained to E! News. "Emma Roberts took me to a Pilates studio and I love it so much," she revealed. And with her love advice, Michele apparently also has a health advice for everyone.
"The reality is that food fuels you and you eat for energy. You want to eat carbs and pizza. That's like my favorite thing in the entire world but it does make you tired," she shared. "My food is my fuel. It helps me with my long hours at work so I try my best to eat as healthy as I can."
