After three years of dating, Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney eventually got engaged on Valentine's Day. Fans of the singer were thrilled when she posted a photo of her engagement ring on social media. The heart-shaped engagement ring has been designed by Lorraine Schwartz.

Christian Today reports that earlier the "Applause" singer mentioned how the 'Chicago Fire' actor proposed to her. She had revealed that first Kinney used a ring pop to propose prior to presenting her the stunning engagement ring. After the singer, the 33-year-old actor is now dropping details regarding the manner in which he proposed to his beloved.

Talking to the Chicago Tribune magazine recently about his Valentine's Day proposal, the actor said, "It was snowing - it was beautiful." Kinney added that he did not have any hesitation about popping the question.

According to the actor, "I just knew." He added, "It wasn't a light bulb going off, it was in Manhattan."

Talking about their wedding plans, the actor said that he would be enlisting professional help while choosing his suit for the special day.

Kinney told Chicago Tribune, "I'll have someone help me out with a tailored suit that fits well and looks nice ...but I'm not out there doing that on my own."

For now, Lady Gaga has not revealed much detail regarding her marriage plans. However, E! News reports that when paparazzi asked the singer on her arrival at the LAX airport on Tuesday whether she has any plans to take on Kinney's last name, the "You and I" singer supposedly said "yes" with a nod and a smile.

However, till date neither Lady Gaga nor Kinney has confirmed a wedding date.

In a conversation with Howard Stern in December 2014, the singer exclaimed, "I really can't imagine being with anyone other than whom I'm with right now!" She went on to say, "He is the right guy. I have that feeling. I just know it."
