The Los Angeles Lakers will face with the San Antonio Spurs on November 14 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Los Angeles (1-7) looks to stop their current two game losing streak when they battle the Spurs on Friday night.

The Lakers previously lost to the New Orleans Pelicans by a final score of 109-107, where Los Angeles superstar Kobe scored 33 points on November 12.

"It should be fixable," said Bryant to reporters in reference to Lakers terrible defense that allowed their opponents to score at least 111 points per game.

"We just need to plug the lane and take care of the paint."

Lakers head coach Byron Scott echoed his former teammate's sentiments regarding Los Angeles' pathetic defensive effort.

"Most of the time, the things we want to do, they haven't done," said Scott to reporters.

"I don't know (yet) if it's because they aren't capable of doing it or not."

Meanwhile, the defending World Champion San Antonio Spurs (4-3) is looking to lengthen their current winning streak to three games when they face the Lakers at the Staples Center.

Spurs recently defeated the Golden State Warriors by a final score of 113-100 on Tuesday night after Tony Parker had 28 points and 7 assists in the aforementioned victory.

"I'm really proud of them. Back-to-backs are difficult for an older team, but I thought they really showed a lot of focus and played with a purpose," said San head coach Antonio Popovich to reporters in reference to his squad's performance versus the Warriors at the ORACLE Arena on November 11.
